I'm just about done with GoW, I got 100% completion on normal, and I just finished the main story on GoW mode and I'm finishing up a few of the optional things now. Obviously I loved it, and I'm just hoping to jump into something that's maybe not as good, but as close as possible.

Little bit of info for you guys, I've never played any of the previous Monster Hunter games, nor have I played the original Shadow (Ps4 is the first Sony console I've had since the original PS). I've played other Wolfenstein games and enjoyed them. My time is fairly limited being a full-time student who works part-time jobs here and there under the table, and who has a wife/child to support. I game as much as I can, but my current course work is limiting and I'd prefer something that's not super grindy or dependent on playing with others, as I'm rarely on at the same times as other people, and ALL of my IRL friends but one play PC exclusively now.

I know next to nothing about Monster Hunter/Shadow and figured this was a good place to ask.

Wolfenstein II because its the only hard game on the list
MHW is like a 400hour+ grind
and SotC was made easier this time around

Is MHW at least fun, or is just boring as hell grinding?

Sounds odd huh that i would even have an opinion on a game or games i havent played but i do alot of reaearch when new games drop
Reading reviews from regular people who have played the games
Not actually paid reviewers but just regular ol gamers
Trophy discussion topics on different forums, etc.
Seeing whats making people struggle in certain aspects of the game and whatnot
It helps me decide on wether or not ill get any specific game
I guess it ruins gaming for me in a way because I mostly put trophies before my own enjoyment of any said title
But bear in mind, i also get most of my enjoymeny getting that sweet 100%

From what ive heard and read from most people, there reactions seem to be mostly positive for all of the above mentioned titles
But MHW is mostly online MP from what i have gathered and thats a major turn off in gaming for me, having to rely on a bunch of mindless nittwitts can be unbearable in most situations, like i have to depend on tweedle dee and tweedle dumb to help me get my platinum? Ugh, no thanks..the rest are single player games

out of the three games i would pick wolfenstein2
i never played it but i enjoyed the first one
i hated sotc on the ps3
anf monster hunter not my type of game

wolfenstein is always a fun ride

sotc i played on ps3, the bosses r really fun they all got their own mechanics and most fights r epic but the rest of the world is pretty much empty n theres not much story but id still recommend it if cheap

But after that its just an edless grind for unimpressive gear.

Everything I'm hearing about it makes me really not want to play it, but I'd like to get something to swap it out for.
