With nearly weekly events between espn and fox, they'll be able to get a lot of those fighters on those cards and stack ppv cards with the superstars. According to him they'll be making a lot more money with this espn deal and whoever else they sign a deal with than what they had previously been making as an organization due to being able to host events so frequently.
That is the prediction coming with that article, yes.
