Just like the ones in the picture I shared :)

That's so weird! After my last post, I clicked on your profile and it said you were last online 2 hours ago. All of a sudden you replied immediately. What are the odds of that? Do you get notifications from d2jsp or something?

anyone ever cook tri tips here? for the price and the quality if you cook them right they are my new go to steak. I marinate in red wine and teriyaki marinade for minimum of 3 hrs.then season with kosher salt and cracked peppercorns before sear on high heat for about 4 min a side then reduce to low heat for about 8 min a side. so juicy tender and delicious :)

Reminds me of that south park ep where randy keeps watching cooking channels.

I like it well done, van dam got huge at a young age eating only steak and eggs.

If you need to use A1 or 57, the steak you're eating sucks.

Personally, I Sous Vide my steaks to medium rare because that's how you're supposed to get the full flavors and juices from a steak. Well done is disgusting and I'd rather not spend 5 minutes chewing cardboard.

its something i recently noticed at my local butcher. they arent big id say maybe around 4-5oz. i pay 12$ and get 5-6 in a pack. i do eat them medium-medium rare depending on my mood :). but yea i think its something new that recently hit ontario. I usually go for striploins. Rib eyes are my favorite but expensive so i only buy when on sale.

edit: but since iv discovered these tri tips if cooked properly are just as good as the rest imo :)
