Garlic, butter, rosemary, salt, pepper. Every steak needs something. Even salt. I've tasted great plain steaks before but a little herb and seasoning goes a long way.

No it didn't. I don't enjoy plain steak no matter how good the piece of meat was. Would you eat plain brisket? You would surely put salt, pepper, and some apple cidar vinegar on it. Plain meat just doesn't appeal to me. I've grown accustomed to herbs and spices. Fruit and meat is my favorite to try. Oranges and pork steaks are a classic. Mango chicken is a hoot. Fresh tomatoes and a juicy piece of beef is so delightfully scrumptious.
