had steak for the first time a few weeks ago at a brazilian steakhouse. had ribeye + filet mignon, medium rare and medium well. tbh i liked the medium well better.

Regarding the use of the word well as it relates to the cooking of steak, it's entirely reasonable to say the word well should be replaced with burned.

filet mignon is the best!
