so.. its happened once before and i found a CMD command that resolved my issue .. the problem is i didnt save the command.
i know probably my wifi card sucked up but that cmd command really helped.. perhaps its a common command someone knows ? i cant find it :(

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Have you tried disabling the wifi driver then re-enabling?

yes and uninstalled then reinstalled

Assuming you're using windows, have you tried using a bootable linux flash drive to see if you can use wifi on a different OS? (would determine a windows settings issue)

Run CMD prompt as admin
netsh wlan show settings
netsh wlan set autoconfig enabled=yes interface="Wireless Network Connection"
