I bought a new SSD and it should be delivered today I never had to replace an old one before I was wondering what the best way to move all of my Data on the old to new would be (Windows, etc)?

Clone zilla from a bootable media.
Though in theory the best practice is to start with a fresh install.

Samsung also has their own "Magician software" for doing that.

But as Art said, fresh install is best.

Back-up personal files to HDD/External hard drive/BD, then do a fresh install of windows on the SSD, then just copy the files back to your library.

Also, since you mentioned replacing, is your old one dead?
