So as of 3 days ago i upgraded my Gpu to an rx 560 xfx

as of today my cpu usage has been pinging at 95+%

at first i was thinking i got a faulty Gpu
Changed gpu to an older one i had, Same issue Uncontrollable fps lag

I went from 75+ frames on ultra/high settings on wow to having to drop it down to low settings and still only getting 15-20fps

My question is

What could be the cause of this?

Old thermal paste?
Dying cpu?

Ive come to the conclusion that it is not either of the gpu's i have

I'm guessing corrupt vid card drivers. This will eliminate that problem, if it exists...

DDU Instructions - Nvidia/AMD
1. Get this program, here: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/ ...get the latest version, and save it to your desktop.
2. Get your vid card driver here, use the Manual Search: Nvidia: http://www.geforce.com/drivers ...or AMD: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download ...save this to your desktop.
3. Run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) choose: Nvidia or AMD, then choose the "Highly Recommend Option", and just do what it tells you. If it wants to go into "Safe Mode", let it.
4. After it's done and comp has rebooted to normal mode, just double click the Nvidia or AMD driver ( that you saved to your desktop in step #2) ...to install. If it want's to reboot, let it.

Well partly the issue, Arthur was Kind enough to spend a few hours over Team viewer helping me out, When we noticed the Temperature on my Cpu was way above unsafe, So i will be purchasing a new Cooling system and applying new thermal paste

Also causing the Motherboard to be hot, So Yea

I appreciate jsp's help so far :) thanks a ton
