That's what I was thinking. I will focus on Hawk, Capt, Xbone for now until I get BW Since my Yondu is already G10 - 21k he should be okay for now.

Hey I'm curious what you think about the following team.

Gamora, Groot, Drax, Rocket and Yondu. Do you think that team would be good for arena?

I know there's the Starlord event but he doesn't look very impressive to me. I'd rather use Yondu than Starlord.

Groot 3* Rocket 3-4*
no working tank (drax doesn't exactly work as one against controller meta)
gamora will never get through endless defup from cap / multiple taunts with just one single target buff clear from yondu (passive wont clear taunt and only clears 1 defup) Yondu wont get offense up & his ult is diminished by defup and stealth(s)

I really don't see this being anywhere close to viable, even if you would magically get 6-7* groot & rocket

Well dang.....

So it's still about using the whole Capt, Xbone, BW, Hawkeye and Quake on Defense

Yondu instead of Hawkeye?

Hawkeye is a lot better when paired with cap & bw (in non-kp teams)
but yondu is good alternative.

Or KP Cap Yondu Xbones + BW/HS
for defense alot of ppl use it & it works

Based on the latest updates, what do you think about Vision? He seems to be pretty dominant in the arena now.

I saw a team running Vision, Quake, BW, Capt and Hand Sentry and it looked awesome!

Havent seen vision in action yet.
In my arena the most annoying team currently is

kp hs bw yondu xbones

Jeez haha Kingpin with Hand Sentry is a lot of defense! Plus the Xbones ult and BW speed

Is your defense still holding up with Quake, BW, Capt, Hawkeye and Xbones?? Or have you been needing to mix it up some to stay at the top.


Just for fun, I am playing around with a Guardians team haha. I have Drax G11 with 5 star, Gamora G11 7 star, Groot on my way to G11 5 star, Yondu G11 5 star and I will have enough to get 5 star Starlord Eventually I will have Rocket. I know it isn't meta but it looks like a fun team with some good synergy
