anyone have any effective exercises to drastically improve my grip str as quickly as possible? ridiculous how much my grip is holding me back from deadlifting ungodly amounts

farmers walk as far as you can go carrying ~50-70% ur deadlift 1RM in DBs for like 5 reps 3 times per week and never have grip troubles

Farmer walks will do the trick. Go heavy, and go hard.

Great idea, but first I’ll need to find some 495 lb DBs so that I can do farmers carry’s with 70% of my deadlift

I just don't ever use straps on any exercise. That's long term though.

Through volume phases my hands are sometimes a mess though. Depends which bar is available.

What you could do is just pick up a pair of fat grips and do deadlifts at whatever weight you can hold onto it and build up.

I am sure it will be submaximal and not add that much to your accumulated fatigue.

divided by 2 you fucker. 495lb in total (~250 per, idk if db's still go that heavy), or as heavy as you can find and walk it out for longer distances.
