Completely agree. It’s just the Superman problem where your character is literally too powerful to lose so you have to make up some absolute nonsense to make it happen

They should have either completely left him out of the show, or made him get captured when he was still Cal which is actually feasible

Idk how you could think that. Even if you disregard how dumb the 5 minutes of present day we got in the episode the rest was just moderately interesting flashbacks, aka the same as the last 4 episodes that were full of flashbacks

I agree.

I expected the show to be at least decent and so far it has exceeded that by a lot. It is up there with Westworld and Barry as the great new HBO shows.

Not getting renewed

Not surprising. It peaked at the Looking Glass episode. Went downhill from there imo and that ending was lame.

It actually reached critical acclaim, so that has nothing to do with it. Lindelof always said he wanted to do just one season.
