Voted no, this is exactly what the trade forums are for imo

I disagree. the trade forums are used for people to bump their same topic 99 times without an offer on it.

/e we all know real trades are Pm or Voice chatted

Voted yes, community is too tight knit
Could see many players getting back into it if this was added, myself included.

Perhaps ability to set duration on market
Auto-buy price
Bid price (12 hour validity or something?)
Expires if bin is not met.
Sells if reserve is met at time of expiration

IF there was an actual auction system on the marketplace new players would be able to sneak in better gear cheaper and higher tier items would sell more expensive because in the current small community we all are afraid to outbid eachother. Bid wars would happen more often via the anonymity of the market place. Not a bad idea. It would be a cool option to have.

I think adding it to Mp would be great idea. Like Bob888 said. Would add some anonymousity in our small community.

High value items may actually sell. where as, lower 80-90ee gear could be sold to newer ppl at a more reasonable price

This would be a really nice addition. I like it.
But if this idea were to get implemented, would there be a trading section on the forum anymore? Or would we just log in and scan the marketplace?

I like posting and scanning ft/iso topics. But I also like the idea of the marketplace/auction being more anonymous.
Pros and cons to both sides I suppose (just in my eyes)

But regardless, voted yes.

You would definitly need a trading forum. I'm not going to go through and set up for trades on every single item. I like throwing them all in a character and those who care can troll through for sale toons!
This would only be useful for high end items and if we got a massive influx of new player.

I disagree with this. Feel like it doesn't help anything. Anonymity is no justication when the community is that small and we can see what gear people are playing with.

The community is just too small. Items take time to sell, not many players are interested in things, etc. It just wouldn't work well. You would still set "start values" kind of like your trade thread. You still don't want to sell it until it hits X price. There's just no reason to spend dev time on something like this.

It would have been a great idea for back when 500+ people were on daily
