Hall nearly doubled the point total of the second highest on his team in fewer games played (76 vs 81), as well as almost doubling the P/GP of the second highest on his team. McDavid is arguably the best player in the game ( I personally have Crosby over him still ) but you can't say he was the most valuable to his team when they finished bottom 10..
