Wanting to have a 2/3 minite video clip edited so there is a '2018' where a guys head would be in the scene. To make it seem like this guy is representing 2018, obv. My question is how hard is this for someone who knows what they are doing to do? Would it be possible for me to know what this service would cost if so? Or is this impossible to do?
