So.... Joe's going to end up winning it all, and they're going to fucking kill him. I'm always the guy who wants the dark/realistic ending, I hate how fluffy and happy most shows and anime are, but for once when It's looking like the protagonist is going to get fucked, all I want is for this shit to work out for him. Fucking brutal though. I get that they wanna bet on a "sure thing", but why not just fucking take a chance and bet on Joe? You're rich as fuck already, you know the odds for some unknown scrap-yard fucker has got to be like 100:1 now that he's going against one of the undisputed best four boxers in the world, and the two fights before he's gotten the ever living shit beat out of him and only one by pulling out flukey bullshit. You'd have to think that the odds against Joe wouldn't even be all that great, even if you called a round it should only be like a 1:1 payout.

Another great episode though. This show is going to end wayyyy to soon, but it's been fucking phenomenal so far.

i bet Yuri could have KO'd Spider in the first round considering how quick he went down.

also using the Kids past and what happened to his father to get him protection was a nice trade off. (even though i'm sure he doesn't like staying with the people that killed his dad and essentially his mother too)
wonder who was behind the so called "irregularity" in getting the research.
I almost feel like it could end up being Yuri who killed the kids father, since he seemed like he would do anything to to make her dream come true and the gear was needed for that.

that could very well be some fuel for that final fight if that's the case.
