Topic. I'm looking to pick up a jungler or two that can spend time in the enemies jungle early and deny them farm with the threat of killing them in* their own jungle.

Would Nunu and/or Shaco fill that role? Who else would you recommend?

Nunu, Shaco, Rek'Sai, Lee Sin.

Add udyr to that list.
Nunu doesn't belong on that list though.
You said with the threat of killing them. Nunu is good for counter jungling yes, but shouldn't have kill pressure on them in their jungle.
Also, kai'sa should probably be on that list as well. I haven't tested her out but she is ranged with good clear speed, and high dmg. Shoudln't have any issues counter jungling and having kill pressure.

I like Lee sin bc he has so many different paths that he can take and can also escape and turn a blind eye if things go bad

Not currently in meta right now, but Elise, Graves, Gragas are also decent picks for counter jungling

Udyr is honestly fucking brutal right now, no idea why he isn't played more often. His clears are retardedly fast, can easily steal camps early then just destroy the enemy jungler 1v1 after amassing a lead.
