this actually was super beneficial for me.

1) it forces me to rest less in between sets, and stay focused more due to the time constraint
2) at 5pm, the "i have to go to the gym fml" ... "OH WAIT" is nice
3) I tend to stay up later if I go to the gym in the evening as opposed to midday or morning, I believe good quality rest is important for your health and recovery and gains
4) No idea how to explain or where to attribute this, but my results were just better overall. look leaner, stronger. It might be because if I go later in the day im more distracted as I'll see a lot of people I know and spend time talking too much, and higher chance of cutting my program short as too much time went by. (I spend double the time doing same workouts if I go later at night)

Nailed

I feel like I will get way better results too

I don't understand how people manage to do this within 1 hour including shower etc.

It would be fantastic if I could.
Tho now my workouts are pretty short since I only go 3x a week doing stronglifts, it may be do-able.
I'd have to change gyms to try it as well because the place I'm going to start working at has a NYSC right below it.
And then just eat at my desk I suppose which I have no issue with usually takes me <10 mins anyways to eat

I tried working out in the morning before work and boy was I falling asleep at work easily. Made my 8 hour shift feel like a 24, hour shift.

Doing that all in an hour would be tough. Imagine running into some ducks hogging all the benches as well

You’d have to do really flexible workouts and do them quick

its all good i already had my first season and it was more than enough time for me to do everything plus gym is like a ghost town at that time

also big bonus that i have a desk job and can eat my lunch during work hours, so i get like 50 min of solid training

I don't usually sweat in well AC'd gyms. Or do not really notice it. Come to think of it, rarely do I feel the need to shower after hitting the gym. Only if I go dumb hard or end up playing some basketball or something
