So you dont sweat because you're not fat? Have you actually ever worked hard?

If the goal is to feel good you have to actually put some work into it. Are you looking to go sit on a bench and stare at your phone?

Isn’t this what the gym’s for?
All the best gyms have tv’s near the elliptical so you can slowly walk while watching tv and saying you went to the gym that day :Santa:

I'd like to see you go a round vs him in any martial arts and see who has something to show :)

I rarely sweat in the gym. Only when it's summer, very hot and a nice thick girl walks by me. Always give 100%

Well I just finished my first lunch break workout and it's amazing!

Had plenty of time to do whatever I needed to do, no sweat, bought some wet wipes spray etc no hustle at all without shower.

It's just amazing how awesome I felt at work for the rest of the day, very awake, full of energy, motivated and biggest surprise that times flies so much quicker it's insane!

This is dope! I wish I started doing this earlier

this actually was super beneficial for me.

1) it forces me to rest less in between sets, and stay focused more due to the time constraint
2) at 5pm, the "i have to go to the gym fml" ... "OH WAIT" is nice
3) I tend to stay up later if I go to the gym in the evening as opposed to midday or morning, I believe good quality rest is important for your health and recovery and gains
4) No idea how to explain or where to attribute this, but my results were just better overall. look leaner, stronger. It might be because if I go later in the day im more distracted as I'll see a lot of people I know and spend time talking too much, and higher chance of cutting my program short as too much time went by. (I spend double the time doing same workouts if I go later at night)
