Hi so my computer is stuck in an infinite loop of starting up and instantly restarting without me being able to do anything.
I've tried to restart in safe mode but F8 is not working.
What can I do? Please help

that is a early sign of a electrical combustion explosion, this is a very rare computer occurrence

do not over react. this is not a drill.

safely as you can reach behind your computer and unplug the cord connected to your powersupply. also flip the switch as excess electronic energy may be stored and harnessed as a trigger for a giant explosion.

and for the future reference you can just remember this and a new computer is the best approach. go to a electronic recycling depot so they can dispose of it safely.

Have you kept the loop going on for how many hours?

Sounds like an acer laptop that just powers on then powers off. Usually the sign of a failing motherboard or another piece of hardware.
I'd recommend taking out the drive and upgrading.
