Depending on what you're going to be doing, whole lotta problems IMO.
1. 3tb hard drives have one of the highest failure rates (something to do with how storage works on a binary level. doesn't like anything that's not 2^x).
2. You could get a 1tb SSD for the same price - also, the 860 is out, would recommend that over the 850.
3. No one uses optical drives in this day. Unnecessary unless you specifically need it for something you do.
4. If you're just gaming (which having a 1080, but no water cooling, suggests you are), an i7 is overkill. Game's don't utilize that many cores, you will have the same end result with an i5. Next gen Intel CPU's are out as well; 8000 series chips.
