I cant gauge the strength of Doom man but Ryu Hayabusa should be the 2nd strongest after Kratos
That guy has destroyed tanks, dragons, demons and the only one close should be the Master Chief but Ryu can block normal gunshots and isnt easily killed by rockets either
He also has magic, a bow with explosive, armor penetrating arrows and all kinds of ninja shit
