the winner should be obvious, link is the hero of time, he can travel in time, his physical fighting abilities are on par with Kratos, his sword repels evil he is also well know for employing many types of magic and magic items in battle including but not limited to hammers that cause earth quakes a baton that controls the ocean, several musical interments that can cause living things to fall asleep, masks that change him into various shapes with different abilities, he can spec his armour for underwater combat where he can breath (drowning kratos) or in high heat lava pools.

despite that kiddy nature of the legend of zelda, if you look past the superficial stuff you can see the developers really went to great lengths into arming link to be the ultimate hero.
