After a short break and some time playing on a private server I would like to continue Fight Club that I created there with great succes!
N.B. This is for people on Europe Hardcore Ladder.
What is an Ironman?
Ironman is an arena type pvp event played on Hardcore where participants create a new character and collect gear while leveling to xx, then they fight each other to the death.
Ironman will alternate between [PVM] and [PVP]: Free For All (FFA) and Team vs Team (TvT) event types.
Who are these events for?
If you like to be competitive with a chance to leave the game with greater riches than you paid to begin with, then this is for you! It is also a fun and exciting way to learn new people from the community.
The type of competition and general information will look like the following:
IronMan Competition

Example of event:
Tournament type: Ironman Free For All (PVP)
Level: 9

Assisted by:
Date & Time: Sunday, 21st January at 4:00 PM ST
Registration will open at: 1:00 PM ST (three hours before the actual event start)
Use /time command in game to check server time and your local time.
Note: All players must show up within 15 minutes before the actual tournament start time.
Important: When paying the buy-in remember to take a screenshot to guarantee your safety.
General Rules
You must add the host to your friends list (this is to prevent muling, cheating, et cetera)
You must create a new hardcore character for this event
You are not allowed to join any games (public games, go on runs, etc) with this character before the game made by host
You are no allowed to team up with other players, friends, et cetera during pvp phase, it's every man for himself
Leveling
You must add everyone to party and stay allied during leveling phase
You must stick together while leveling, no wandering off alone or else you will disqualified
You are no allowed to return to town until you hit level xx
You are not allowed to go above level xx
You cannot pick up any class specific item that isn't for your character, leave it or give it to somebody else but please don't take it to inconvenience the other players
You are only allowed to use items you find and gold you find to buy items
You are not allowed to add gems into weapons, armor et cetera. In case you find one you can sell it and buy something better instead
You must come back in town as soon as you are level xx
When you are back in town you must stay in town until everyone else is level xx
You cannot leave the game or act 1
Killing Blood Raven and Andariel is not allowed
You may trade with other contestants at any time
PVP
You must have every opponent hostiled during pvp phase
Enemies must be 1 screen away before the match starts
When all fighting contestants verify they are ready the match will begin
No traps, missiles, curses et cetera cast before the match starts
No mercenaries
After starting a match you cannot respec your character
No overly defensive play (extensive evading, housing et cetera)
You cannot leave the Blood Moor until your match is over
You cannot use any life replenish, wells or shrines
No potions allowed in duels (antidote, thawing, healing rejuvenation et cetera), only exception is man potions and stamina potions
Dropping from the game is a loss unless both parties agree to null the duel
Recasting of Bone Armor and Cyclone are not allowed (you can only cast it once)

Amazon: Poison Javelin
Assassin: Tiger Strike
Druid: Summon Raven, Summon Wolves
Paladin: Cleansing, Holy Freeze, Prayer
Necromancer: Bone Prison, Summon Mages, Summon Skeletons
Buy-In
Will depend on type of event but usually 1 Gul rune per participant.
Rewards
1st place - Vex + Gul
2nd place - Vex
3rd place - Gul + Ist
Rewards are given after the match is finished.
Signup
In order to signup for the event, post a reply with your account name in this thread, once the signups are open.
Complaining about how unfair the duel was, swearing at other players, spamming, etc will get you disqualified and blacklisted, however we are open to suggestions that will help us improve following events.
These rules are to make your enjoyment as much as possible, not to restrict you, please follow them and do not try to cheat.
