Try re-seating your RAM. Remove it and re-insert it, making sure it's properly seated. This happens occasionally.
If no amount of re-seating, helps, then it's RMA time. Either the RAM itself or the RAM slot on the motherboard. You can find out which RAM stick or which slot is at fault, by inserting one stick of RAM at a time.
