Edit Trade Post - Topic

Let say I have made a post with a trade topic. The thread gets a few answers and I sell stuff from my offer list.

How can I update the original post with all the gear offered? I have yet to find any button for editing, for example my list of gear in the first post. I know I had the ability to edit it a few times, for example mark some gear as sold. But after a while I cannot?

Any input appreciated!
