i wanna change my email thats been associated with this account since 07 but i cant get into it unless i pay email company 30 dollars to recover my pw.

i am wondering if i go through email change, after it logs me out will it send the reset info to my new email or will it send it to the one i cant get into??

Fill out the form stating your case.
If you don't have your email address anymore you have to recover your account on a new email address since you can't simply switch the registered email address without accessing the old one.

But usually he would need the old email to be able to do that as well. If you were easily able to redo the email like that, then anyone can take over that account from the new email.

while im logged into my account alrdy though?


just cant access the old email thats on file for this account.

The option I told him to pick is this

will doing this log me out of my account and not let me back in untill email is changed?

First off you will want to take a look through the account recovery guide - http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=70679141&f=34
When your ready, you can use this tool to start the recovery process. Select option one, as Forgiveness has stated - http://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php
Your going to want to provide as much information as possible. Including a picture of your photo ID.
