I just downloaded from b.net and installed d2 but when i log obto b.net for it to download the latest patch it stops at 99% and gives me a "you've been disconnected from battle.net" and if I try to log onto b.net aftet this happens it gives me the same cannot connect message.

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and nothing seems to change.


The very first time I patched, it stopped at 99% and gave me a patch error, but after that I uninstalled etc and it's done the d/c shit everytime since.

Are you running the game as administrator?

Oh wow, no I didn't set it to run as admin.

Could be a firewall issue, that was the fix to mine
