D3 is better in terms of graphics.
Yet the engine of D2 support good old PVP, and the Character / monsters designs is far superior to D3.
The Ghotic feeling and the Spectacular music D2 is unbeatable.

Not to mention d2 had Trading options which is all what this game is all about..
if you people remember the time before d2jsp we used to open games Trade1, Trade2 or Trade oculus it was fun...
