As for exact price, it will be harder to trade off since players tend to go for perfect when using such items.

Block rate is only one reason, pretty sure this has shit smite damage too, their really isn’t a Good use for this, I guess you can use it on a foher for the 4 sockets

One of the best shield for smiter. Worth alot

smite dont have ar...smite cannot be blocked... only dodged by zon.... its for auradin/charger or zeal. drops common and so its worthless and its called JAROD as the single letters represent the first letter of each word (jmod= jewelers monarch of deflection)

arkan rondache is sure not the best. its worst in slot because dex req for mb is to high on it. sacred targe is the shit
bis for smite is eth cubed sacred targe exile , eth zod zaka 195+% uped or for zeal+charge st-fortitude , st-phoenix
zaka pvp
exile pvm
fortitude pvp
phoenix pvm

kurast shields are ok/useable

in the end no zealer will want to use arkan
