Im a fresh graduate and Im looking to get into this industry but currently quite confused as to my action plan. I would love to hear your story/experience and

I am. Build a resume, a good project to showcase, apply, and throw up a prayer. I am trying to get out of the gaming dev world. Its not as great as you think. Long hours, crazy deadlines, environment is not great. This is my third gaming job

Sounds familiar - work in web dev though. Sucks the fun out of programming for me.

Luckly I am in the automotive area. Got pretty lucky with my job. Great company, people, good pay :drool:
