I typically send over 1 fg or less with a comment.
If you were proposing 5 or 10 fg for a pm that doesn't care for the full inbox, I'd consider it.
You're able to put a lot more detail in a pm as opposed to a gold log comment, and they're more likely to read it.
It's about the same fee for bold/red/italic titles, which aren't used by everyone as is.
However, 100 fg is just silly.
I voted no.

To make it clear, I support the concept, but I don't support the proposed price.
