as previously stated i had 10min left of cardio, planning to hit sauna afterwards... Well this chick inspired me to not only hit the cardio harder and longer(an extra 15min), but i jumped on some weights and did shoulders before calling it quits.
Has anyone else in here gotten a mainline of energy from a similar experience? My gym is local and rather small, there are some good looking girls there, but the upper level chicks are few and far between. Seriously, this gorgeous brunette(who was only doing glute exercises) was rockin it, winning at her lovely life. I felt more energy than a 3 shot espresso from my coffee joint. fuck redbull, give me a glance of this chick.
She came alone, from what i could tell, and was dressed to show off (nice tits on display, yoga pants & only doing glute stuff) In the past i have made passing comments/[form] suggestions to girls, i feel like i could have done the same with this lady.
