A close friend of mine is going through female to male transition. She got mad at me because even though she goes to church with me on Sundays I asked her "so you're saying you're greater than God?" when I told her God makes no mistakes when he creates us. What's the best way to go through with this?
It's not my place to judge but when you put yourself out there to say that God made a mistake, it's kind of nerve wrecking :/

Modern technology allows people to change genders medically and is always a touchy subject.

God does not make mistakes and allows your friend the freedom of choice to either cope with her situation and be miserable or change gender and be happy. Her path will be alot different than most of ours and will fit in God's plan eventually.

I would not worry about it too much, it is not your place to judge (like you said). Maybe through this hardship she will develop a greater and deeper relationship with God.

Be supportive and pray for her :)

as a transgender woman who grew up in an entirely christian area with an entirely christian family i can assure you god made no mistake

god puts us through these hardships in order to serve him better. not to spite his creation.

Book of Matthew
“If the person still refuses to listen, take your case to the church. Then if he or she won't accept the church's decision, treat that person as a pagan or a corrupt tax collector.”
