Your rear toe doesn't match side to side but the left rear is only out of spec by .01°. That is close enough that most shops would call it good.

If it is still pulling to one side on a flat road take it back and tell them that.

It is slightly.

This car should go straight

Check tire pressure or maybe they forgot to reset the sas

We all checked.

They just finished their 2nd alignment, they spoofed my previous spec sheet thinking I wouldn’t notice... here is my email to the service rep:

Service guys did another alignment this morning to fix the back left toe and front left caster. I mentioned the back toe and caster to the first tech but the 2nd I only mentioned caster, so I’m not sure if they looked at the rear left toe at all because the newest alignment spec sheet shows “Actual” within the green, but then the “after” shows it in the red (same thing that happened on first alignment).

Important* Before they took the car they asked for the previous alignment spec sheet... which I already had a photo of so I gave it to them. When the alignment was over they gave me back both sheets, however, the previous alignment spec sheet had been modified to appear as though it was within range for the rear left toe.

The time and date on the original alignment sheet were the same as the original I gave them, the only difference was the value of the speck that was out of range (the back left rear toe).

Original alignment sheet (red .03 back left toe):

Fabricated original alignment sheet (red 0.4 back left toe):

After that 2nd alignment I ended up going to another dealership:

I noticed 2 mounts were removed from the car during the 2nd alignment, and the rear left (according to new spec sheet) was left red when before it was in green. I then noticed that the front right strut tower under my hood was severely off center and had hammer marks. (see photo below)

So I decided to go to another dealership and pay $90 out of pocket to get a third alignment and fix the tower/camber adjustment (see photo below)

This 3rd alignment (which is from the 2nd dealership) said that my front left toe was way off, and the “total toe” was off. Mechanic explained how the two parts that were removed cannot be replaced, and have to do with camber alignment and usually there is no need to remove in newer cars. So I checked under the hood and that front right camber adjustment was still slid to side (see photo) even after this 3rd alignment.

So I reviewed their spec sheet and noticed they left my front right camber out of spec, and after speaking with their mechanic about the front right camber being physically slid to one side AND it being off spec, he implied it would be better left alone, I kinda demanded they still try... it’s a new car!

After another two hours they came back with a new (within spec) spec sheet and a completely centered front right camber adjustment (see photo). They also evened out my left and right SAI + included angle. I have photos of my under-the-hood before any alignment, and it includes the 2 parts as well as the right camber not being pushed to one side nor having stress marks from being hit/adjusted.

Now I have a “tapping on plastic” noise coming from the back right of the car when I’m at 25-70mph and seems consistent with the roads small bumps, I removed everything loose (I mean everything) from my car and trunk and got back on freeway and could still hear it clearly.
