To my understanding of the results, they messed up my "actual toe" in my rear left wheel, and left my front left caster in the red (no change).

I took it in originally because I noticed the wheel was not center when going strait, and would drift to one side if i centered the wheel, even on flat roads etc.

Did you ask them about this when they handed you the spec sheet?

I assume you mean after I read the sheet they handed me? And to that question, I would answer no, as I did not notice that the ACTUALS were still in the red till i got home... which was after I noticed a noise and found a nail and returned to have them patch it.

The caster is fine. The toe honestly is acceptable for most cars. The left rear could use a little bump in.

This is assuming this machine reads toe in as a positive number.

What else do you want from us? Go back to your dealership with the spec sheet and have them realign it...

How does one mess up the back toe while fixing the front toe? How do I explain my situation? Is alignment within specs covered under care programs? Aka can I ask them to make everything in the green?

My topic was help me understand the results....

Your rear toe doesn't match side to side but the left rear is only out of spec by .01°. That is close enough that most shops would call it good.

If it is still pulling to one side on a flat road take it back and tell them that.
