well when some publications include 4 years of wages, signing fee, agent fee, tax costs, and other things and report it as if it were a transfer fee it makes it look silly

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2018/01/17/alexis-sanchez-agrees-four-year-manchester-united-contract-arsenal/amp/

meanwhile walcott to everton flat 20mm fee reported lol

arsene's pressie live now.

http://www.skysports.com/football/live-blog/11095/11211940/arsene-wenger-news-conference-live

As reported by Sky Sports News, Wenger has confirmed the transfer is intended to be a player swap, with Mkhitaryan seen as a replacement for Sanchez.

"If it’s a possibility its because I like the player," said Wenger.

"We played many times against him when he was at Dortmund, he appreciates the way we play football."

Wages? "Not a problem."

But Wenger says Arsenal will "still be in the market" whether or not the deal is finalised.

Arsene Wenger has confirmed an exchange deal for Alexis Sanchez to join Manchester United and Henrikh Mkhitaryan to head to Arsenal is "close", and could happen before Saturday.

"It could happen, it could not happen. It’s at that stage.

"If it doesn’t happen he [Sanchez] will play on Saturday."

so its imminent. a world class player joining us.
That makes it 3 in our team

De god

MU def got much bigger chance of winning the league in the next 5 years than Arsenal. I don't see your point here.
My personal opinion is that we wouldn't benefit much from Sanchez.I think his best years are behind him.

i wasnt reffering to Arsenal, my personal choice it would be Chelsea, City or even Spurs
he is fitting better in an offensive team and we all know that Mou have a different vision over football -_-

This whole saga is getting boring now. :-/

Decent player.

Only going to manu for money

Why not go to PSG/juve/Bayern ? Win loads at them clubs.

Greed (which I don't blame... It is a short career)

Fuck all to do with ambition
