If you advance to far in the story line you can no longer join level 28 Duels even if you are level 27... Where in story line is the break point?

or...make a lvl 28 pvper when u create a new char, itll automatically bring u to lvl 28

not sure what you mean... I started in abyss league and started at level 1.

but based on this thread on POE Forums

the story line break point is still up in the air...

when you create new chr, there's an option for low level pvp chr which is automatically level 28, equipped with some items and ready for dueling.

So it saves you from leveling, and you can still access your stash to use other pvp gear you have.

thanks for the head's up I just rather waste the time and level myself
