If swinging with 1 hand, couldn’t you get more trajectory on the ball, and therefore increase your chances of hitting a run by a significant margin??

Technically some MLB players use two hands but let guy of one hand while swinging to create smoother contact and have a better follow through. I've been told when I was younger by my coach two hands are more stable and gives you more of a better chance at swinging to get more contact. Never really known if this is true but gonna wait and see what people say.

Would be easier to do if swinging 1 handed, imo

More control and far more power behind it...

Hitting with one hand would work but your bat speed would be limited and you would never hit it out of the park.

Since when did Frank the tank or Vlad hit with one hand..

Last time i checked BOTH of their hands were on the bat to initiate their swing.

Follow through with one hand =/= hitting with one lol
