I preferred to reroll until I had enough gear to get through to 71 reasonably safe. Some did disagree with that method, but I just found it really boring and frustrating to try to climb like that. I was also playing solo, though, so if you find a group for the last few levels, you can just be carried through the last bit.
last lvls are the hardest
and even if i reroll looks like cant find upg on market, sometimes i search trough trading forum but fgs are made pretty hard at start
each climb gets harder, i expected to be easier tbh, but maybe after several runs will have some decent items to solo wen dont have a group
