Question About Ps4 Game - Topic

Girlfriend loves playing this game on PS4, but the newest patch won't seem to install on my console.
When we go to download it.. from the Playstation Store ... it says that the content isn't supported.
Kind of weird, and it's hard to find good info on this game through google.

So I'm hoping someone can tell me if the newest update was only for steam/pc or if it's available on PS-Store.
Doesn't really make sense that they would stop updating it.
Unclear if it matters or not , I have the 500Gb model.

Hoping some playstation/sony buff can shed some light on this

hmm will see if that's possible. Idk if she's gonna lose her progress or unlocks if she uninstalls.

Is the game stored on an external hard drive?

Unfortunately this is something you will have to contact Hi-rez studios about.
A lot of people confuse ps4 console games, with games released for PlayStation network (PSN)
I will pm you with their technical support email.

Also, more often than not. All of her data will be saved through her username, just like it is on a cellphone with games like clash of clans.
Try tech support first, but rest assured, chances are she won't lose her data. Hope this helps!
