I understand that's how they play it, I just like to make fun of HC duelers because they're idiots generally

As soon as that gear goes to nonladder, you aren't getting anymore duels. HCNL is absolutely dead. HCNL are just trophy characters at best. You play it 1 season at a time. The majority of my ears were level 30-40, and even though defense isn't worth a ton in this game, you have to sweat the details in HC.

As for HC characters being idiots, I'd disagree. The rules are just very different. If we want ears, we have to be able to kill in 2 shots max, usually 1 shot. Chicken mod is rampant, and juvs are standard. The builds are very different from SC. There are basically no rules. And n-c is right, chances are slim you'll even get enough duels to get through all the durability. Even my pike only lost like 3 or 4 durability for the entire season, and it did work in every duel. My builds tend to be pretty flawless ;)

Also, the HCL community is tiny. People quit all the time when they lose players, and the second half of the season gets very dead. You only have 2 good months, and 3-4 ok months. People start selling off their entire accounts after about 4 months left. This was hands down the best collection of LLD gear that season.

Make a video of 4v4 hardcore tvt. Make sure it is in 4k video quality too so that we can really experience the tears of those who get slammed

It's important to note that such things never happen, because such collections don't exist. I have 10x 3/20/20 on nonladder, but that's just trophy stuff. Also, you'll find that charm prices are different because the population is significantly smaller, there is no Nonladder community, and people die with the charms. Getting a full inventory of max/ar/life charms that are all 9-10/35+ for GC and 3max/18+ for SC takes too long for how much the season is effective (3 months before it drops off hard). A lot of builds run on 35ish 20life SC's of varying 2ndary mods (depending on fhr BP and res of course). Given how enormously important life is in HC PvP, a lot of people just don't want to sacrifice own life to run higher damage.

as rekik1 said, it cant happen to collect perf inv even in fews seasons

i remenber a guy back in 2008-09 that was trading for 4month+ 3/xx/15's sc's for his lvl24 charger on hcl & paid rly well

once he collected all of them, i met him in a game & we duelled, i had a leaper lvl25 with eth lance 15ed 6x 18ed-20+/13-15max jwls & high def/life

the duel took 3sec once we were out of town, he charged me while i was leaping around & he died first hit.

it was his first duel since i was pretty much always in the low lvl duel game back in the days & never saw him before

each season i had usually 8-9 llds fully geared & ended up season with 100+ ears

but this guy has been my last duel, i felt actually bad to have won & ended up switching to sc fews weeks later

there was some good & fun times tought

Here are the items all put together. I'm particularly proud of the Pike/Armor. The helm turned into "Just whatever was left of the jewels I could gather". I had plans of putting a better one together, but the items just didn't surface.
