I wish i could forget the Harry Potter series so i could see it with fresh eyes too.

I just reread the entire series there's so many details I forgot, well worth the read. While we're at it I have a new book for you, The Long Earth. Its sci fi about the multiverse but not w superheroes

Nope, in the middle of The Wheel of Time series but I will check her out afterwards! I've only read non-fiction for about 10~ years and am super pumped to be back into fiction! I'm back in a big way and looking for all suggestions! I've heard that I should look into "The Expanse".

Snipa and I are your guys for the recommendations, we have a psuedo book recommendation club in PMs for a few years now. Reading through our PM's here's a list of suggestions (i am partial to space operas). All are 5 star
A Fire Upon the Deep
Red Rising
Star Wars Darth Plagues obviously
Enders Game
Ready Player One
Children of Durin from Tolkein was really good
Children of Time
Dune
Sphere
Jurassic Park
Annihilation

Did you ever read the Silmarillion? I must have started that book half a dozen times and never made it past 100 or so pages. It was just so hard to read. More like a dictionary than anything else.

if you're into first world war fiction, i highly recommend "all quiet on the western front"
the time gives it sort of a fantasy vibe
easily the best book i've ever read (i can only speak for the german original, though)

Idk for euro but on east it would be considered not very good. I think on euro they sometimes use high def shields on their zons for some reason though? In that case the -30 would be pretty nice
