Is there a special way to teleport at WLvl2 and WLvl3?

Heard something about that it is best to start tele left at lvl 2, because the next lvl is there most of the time in the map pool

but anyone can be specific ?

Slowest to tele; their hit recovery takes the longest (in frames) too.
