What an absolute warrior Edward Alvarez is
Gaethje was talking all types of crazyness how he wanted the champ in the heart of ireland, too soon buddy should not brought the dog out of Ed...

But Edward put the kibosh on that real quick, winning the title of the most violent man in the division to go along with his title of many shots to have bounce off the dome.

Alvarez has had one of the best careers in MMA history having defeated champions in multiple orgs. He’s easily the one fighter that has been top of the food chain in all of the orgs he’s fought in. To point to some of his previous fights with Pettis N’ Meledez as proof that he was a weak champ is weak in and of itself. You don’t like Alvarez fine, but to bash isn’t cool.

champs haters hate on Eddie more for losing so badly to the champ.

He failed them in their eyes for "not turning up" or "shitting the bed".
They also want to say Eddie sucks to downplay the champ.
Ive seen a few freaks say he took a dive for the champ and the UFC.

Props to Edward Alvarez. It is a unfortunate turn of events this wonderful champion held the belt for so short time...

Feel free to discuss his short, but sweet time at the top, aswell as his wars after...

It's true... although i may have been involved in said down playing the champ out of frustration, that win really propelled Mcgregor into the upper echelon of elites in my eyes

I think he's a good grinder and a skilled fighter. I respect his skill, tenacity, and toughness. I felt he was really only outclassed once by (McGregor). Eddie doesn't have any special athletic attributes but he's still a really solid fighter and he makes the best of his tools. He may end up as a HOFer.
