Description: 4k 60FPS 24inch Gaming / Light Autodesk Revit use
Description: 1080P 60FPS 24inch + 50inch Gaming / Light Autodesk Revit use
Budget: 1100-1200

2 Builds please, one for 4k Gaming, and the other for 1080P Gaming. The Light Autodesk Revit use is a constant for both builds.

Planned time until purchase: 1 week
Do you need an Operating System?: No
Do you have any specific preferred components?: i7 cpu at least.
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: Stock Mobo Sound is fine, 2 ram slots 8GB each
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Does not plan on overclocking unless required. Currently Mobos are only Z so overclocking may be beneficial
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: No
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): 08731

Thank you,

What I came up with:
1080p: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/joekellycsc/saved/fbzWXL

I think the big jump would be to a gtx 1070, then a i7-8700, 8700 would force a Z motherboard since it appears only those are available.

Will be capable of 4k gaming, but doubtful on max settings; you essentially need a 1080ti if you're trying to play 4k max and stay above 60fps.
If he only want's to do 1080p gaming, feel free to downgrade to a 1060, it will do just fine for that.
