did you import them same way by selecting the folder you saved them too?

what do u mean?

First I hit control shift b open library, then within my bookmarks menu, I have folders full of youtube links,

it literally wont let me transfer anything I tried the desktop, a music folder, my notes folder,

even tried diretly xfering it to a flash drive nothing works it keeps giving me a white folder that wont open,

I really miss the old firefox setup, this is just madness and bullshit

I tried to xfer the songs didnt work, I tried the folder , didnt work, I tried xfering the entir bookmarks menu with all the folders closed,

Im usually good with computers, I feel so stupid rn wtf is wrong with me!

Im on a deskptop PC,m and since when do you have to sign in to firefox???

You don't "have to", but one of the features of signing into a Firefox account is the synchronization of bookmarks, saved passwords, and other settings among other devices signed into FF using the same account. Chrome has a similar feature, and they support mobile, too. It pretty much makes the need to manually backup/export/import stuff obsolete.

Protip: A desktop PC is a device.

It syncs to the damn cloud. Which means you can wipe your computer, reload your OS, reinstall Firefox, sign back in, and all your shit will be there. No need for a flash drive.
