Ive noticed ive started to get an FPS drop across a range of games

Games i play: WOW, CSGO, LOL, Mu online, Diablo 3 , Diablo 2 and the occational game like Assassins creed and The Witcher

Operating System
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i5 4570 @ 3.20GHz
Haswell 22nm Technology
RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. B85M-HD3 (SOCKET 0)
Graphics
Sapphire - Radeon RX 480 4GB Video Card

Storage
931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1CH162 ATA Device (SATA)
232GB Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB ATA Device (SSD)

Am i better off getting a new PC And taking some of my parts? or just removing some of mine and upgrading?

Keep your video card it’s enough to run the games you want to play fine .
Your hard drives are also fine .

Replace the rest .

Your computer is fine for those games. As someone asked... is your SSD getting full?

Or he could sell his pc, instead of throwing out the remaining parts

Yes, when an SSD gets full it will slow everything down.
Move anything that doesn't benefit from being on an SSD ...OFF the SSD.
