Do you need an Operating System?: yes, I forget the reason but I need an window 8/10 system. I think it had to do with vr gaming but I cannot remember. sorry windows 10 just to be safe if possible
Do you have any specific preferred components?: 1080 ti vr ready
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: both (got nothing atm)
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: over clocking if possible ( cant do this myself dunno how)

Are you looking for upgrade-ability? yes (would like top of the line so shouldn't need upgrades hopefully)
Do you have any preferred brands? Not sure which is better then others all up 2 u
Can you reuse any components from an older build? No
Is there anything else you think we should know? Just want a really top of the line all high end parts, computer should be able to run cpu intensive programs and multiple programs at once, be vr ready ( plan to play occulus rift and stream)
