you can consider some sort of "windripper build" so you get all the normal ele nodes, hp nodes, crit nodes and projectile nodes without going for too much dex, and ~500 sounds like a very very easy number to reach... also the bow can roll t1 cold and t1 lightning damage for example or WED, atack speed and crit chance... the potential is insane maybe better than doomfltech

I feel like going for T1 phys and t1 flat phys with that mod would be better . You convert the Phys to cold, Use hatred for 40% more damage and stuff.

I'm more interested on the minimum level requirement to get +20 life per second on items. If that shit is below 50 for Tier 2... RF leveling might be even better for a league starter.

Hell... You might be able to RF Scorching ray to 70 with good rares.
