I'm a fan of the Corsair K70 Lux.

The lighting program is a lot of fun and is sure to wow anyone, and it has a volume rocker which I pretty much consider a requirement for any useable keyboard.

Depending on what you're into, you could easily get away with a cheap mech.
I bought some Aukey blue switches on amazon for under 30 a piece and I'm pretty thrilled with both of them despite being cheap knocks offs. (though i do think they were on sale so that might not be the normal price).

If nothing else, why constrain yourself to just one keyboard? :P
